R 2.1. ANALYSIS REPORT ON LITERATURE, PRACTICES AND EXPERIENCES ON LEARNING TO LEARN COMPETENCE IN PARTNER COUNTRIES
This analysis report is developed as follows: after a brief theoretical survey of the scientific literature regarding the competence of learning to learn in adult education and a specific in-depth study of the framework proposed by the European Commission with the LIFECOMP, experiences and practices of training pathways for IeFP teachers and students from all partner countries are presented.
The aim is to share languages and practices in order to arrive at a common definition of the framework, which will define the dimensions of this competence to be developed for IeFP teachers and trainers.
The report is completed with two annexes: a glossary with the most commonly used terms and a table relating the dimensions of the LIFECOMP framework to the different practices and experiences analyzed by the partners.
R 2.2. FRAMEWORK OF THE "LEARNING TO LEARN" COMPETENCY FOR TEACHERS AND TRAINERS OF IeFP, WITH EXPECTED OUTCOMES AND INDICATORS.
Building on the LIFECOMP and the Analysis Report on the literature, practices and experiences in partner countries on “learning to learn” competence, we propose a framework with the following characteristics:
– Be feasible and sustainable for the project;
– since the target audience of the framework is trainers, we develop a single level of indicators, namely advanced;
– indicators can be expressed as knowledge, skills and attitudes;
– the specifics of the automotive and food sectors will be expressed with examples of activities, with a guided collection of experiences related to how this competency has been operationally implemented by trainers in the two sectors.
